Maintenance Visits
Full Maintenance Visit.
- Check Thermostat Operation.
- Check/Change/Wash Air Filter(s)* Customer must supply pleated filters if desired, Pure Air recommends pleated filters.
Complete Diagnostic on Air Handler includes:
- Check temperature delta, evaporator coil condition, float switch(es), drain pan, blower motor amp draw, heater, media filter *if applicable, ultraviolet lights *if applicable.
Complete Diagnostic on Condensing Unit includes:
- Check fan motor amp draw, fan motor bearings, compressor amp draw, capacitor MFD, contactor operation and condition, condensing coil condition.
- Flush and vacuum all accessible drain lines, fill P trap, check drain line pitch and condition.
- Treat primary drain pan with HVAC approved algaecide application.
- Perform light evaporator coil in-place cleaning *if accessible.
- Wash condensing coil and remove debris from inside unit.
- Provide customer a timely report and invoice from today’s service.
