Winner’s Choice:

• New Air Conditioning Unit – Installed by Pure Air (Approximate Retail Value: up to $4,900)
• $2,500 Cash

Odds of Winning:

Odds of winning the prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

AC Unit Prize Details:

• Winner chooses from Pure Air’s selection of air conditioning units (subject to Sponsor’s approval)
• If selected unit is unavailable or unsuitable for winner’s residence, Sponsor’s liability is limited to replacement with another suitable unit, as selected by Sponsor
• If actual value of approved unit and installation is less than approximate retail value, winner will not receive the difference
• Installation is subject to availability, holiday/blackout dates, and advanced notice requirements
• Installation must be completed within 6 months of prize acceptance. If not installed by deadline, Sponsor has no liability to winner
• Installation subject to Sponsor’s Terms & Conditions at getpureair.com/terms-conditions (to the extent applicable)
• Prize does not include removal or disposal of existing air conditioning unit
• Prize does not include any service contract or maintenance after installation
• Air conditioning unit is subject to manufacturer’s warranty

Cash Prize Details:

Sponsor will determine format of $2,500 prize award which may be check or wire transfer.

General Prize Terms:

• Winner is solely responsible for any unspecified expenses associated with prize acceptance and use as well as for all taxes on prize
• Sponsor will report winner’s receipt of prize to the IRS via Form 1099
• Winner agrees to provide Social Security Number or Tax ID via IRS W-9 Form
• Prize is not transferable by winner

You must be:

• 18 years of age or older
• Legal U.S. resident
• Homeowner in Collier or Lee County, Florida
• Have valid email address and internet access

Not eligible:

• Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries and affiliated companies
• Direct competitors of Sponsor (entities that sell or service air conditioning units or provide HVAC services)
• Immediate families (parent, child, sibling, spouse) of such employees/officers/directors, regardless of where they live
• Members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/officers/directors

Note: Void outside territory and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Random Drawing: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Sponsor will conduct the random drawing on or about January 6, 2026.

Notification: Potential winner will be notified by email following the random drawing.

Winner Requirements:

• Complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility within three (3) business days of notification
• Sign Liability Release and Publicity Release (where lawful)
• Provide Social Security Number or Tax ID via IRS W-9 Form

Disqualification Conditions:

Potential winner will be disqualified with prize forfeiture without compensation if:

• Sponsor is unable to contact potential winner despite making commercially reasonable efforts (e.g., email notification being delayed or undeliverable due to email service provider settings)
• Potential winner fails to timely return the Affidavit
• Potential winner timely returns the Affidavit but Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that potential winner is ineligible or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules

Note: Should potential winner be disqualified, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries received.

Sponsor Disclaimer:

Sponsor disclaims any and all liability for:

• Programming, technological, electronic or other error, failure or malfunction of any kind which in any way interferes with or impedes the intended operation of the Giveaway (including the capture of entries or the winner notification procedure)
• Entries that are lost, late, delayed, inaccessible, corrupted, jumbled, garbled, incomplete or otherwise defective (all of which are void)
• Any damage to an individual’s computer or mobile device or the data stored thereon in conjunction with participation in the Giveaway
• Any errors in any advertising in support of the Giveaway

Modification Rights:

If the Giveaway cannot be conducted as originally planned due to any cause beyond Sponsor’s control (e.g., computer virus, act of fraud, strike, riot, natural disaster, governmental action, pandemic/epidemic), Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway and, to the extent feasible, make the prize available from among all eligible entries received prior to and/or after such action being taken or otherwise in a manner which is determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion to be fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules. Notice of such action by Sponsor will be posted on www.getpureair.com to the extent feasible.

Note: The failure of Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall NOT function as a waiver of such provision.

Liability Release: BY PARTICIPATING, YOU RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS (I) CROTHERS COOLING & HEATING, INC. D/B/A PURE AIR, ITS PARENT COMPANY, SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES; AND (II) THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, RECEIPT OR USE/MISUSE OF PRIZE, IF AND AS APPLICABLE.

Publicity Rights: BY ACCEPTING PRIZE, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, WINNER GRANTS TO CROTHERS COOLING & HEATING, INC. D/B/A PURE AIR THE RIGHT TO USE THEIR NAME, PHOTO, IMAGE, LIKENESS, AND OTHER INDICIA OF PERSONA FOR PROMOTION, MARKETING AND TRADE PURPOSES, WITHOUT FURTHER COMPENSATION OR NOTICE OF ANY KIND. CROTHERS COOLING & HEATING INC. D/B/A PURE AIR WILL NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY SHOULD IT CHOOSE NOT TO MAKE USE OF SUCH RIGHTS.

Tampering: TAMPERING OF ANY KIND WITH THE GIVEAWAY, INTERFERING WITH THE CONDUCT OF THE GIVEAWAY OR ATTEMPTING TO DEFRAUD SPONSOR WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION AND PRIZE FORFEITURE (IF APPLICABLE) WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT THE PRECEDING DOES NOT REPRESENT THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO SPONSOR UNDER SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that:

• Any dispute regarding the Giveaway or these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of Florida without regard to conflict of law/choice of law provisions
• You are subject to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida or Florida State Court situate in Collier County, Florida
• You waive any right to change of venue, forum non conveniens or the like
• Any action will be brought by you individually and not as part of a class or as a private attorney general
• Your recovery in such action will be limited to your costs in participating in the Giveaway, with consequential, compensatory, incidental, punitive or other damages, attorneys’ fees and any form of equitable relief (e.g., injunction) being expressly waived
