1) Account must be set up through mynexia.com – by customer or installer
2) Thermostat is connected to the Nexia account using the verification code received from mynexia.com
3) If customer set up – enter dealer code on thermostat, 2395977873 (Pure Air phone number)
4) If customer set up – Please supply us with AUID # that can be found in system > about through the thermostat display

We can’t make any changes to your AC system with this software! We simply receive info about your system, directly from it.
